You can cross the firth by using our partner site Whether you are coming from or going to Orkney, there are great things to do on either side of the water. Cycle to Scapa Flow and see the plans of the Dunnet Head installations and learn about the historical wartime links at the Scapa Flow Visitor centre.
There are lots of reasons to go to Caithness, the North Highland Way is just one of them!
